How fast will I get a reply?
Most messages are answered within one to two business days (Monday to Friday, Indian Standard Time). Partnership and press inquiries may take slightly longer. If you do not hear back within five business days, please resend the message — occasionally legitimate emails land in spam.
Can you submit a job listing for me to feature?
Yes. We accept submissions for AI training, data annotation, RLHF, prompt engineering, and expert-network roles. Please include the official careers URL, the role title, and any public pay or eligibility information. We review each submission against our editorial policy before publishing — paid placements are not accepted.
Can you help me apply or review my application?
No. HowToAIjob is a directory, not a recruitment agency. We cannot submit applications on your behalf, review individual résumés, or guarantee selection. For application guidance, please read our free guides covering résumé tailoring, assessments, and contractor pay comparison.
How do I report a scam or unsafe listing?
Select "Report a safety concern" in the inquiry type, paste the listing URL, and describe what looked suspicious. Common red flags include requests for upfront payment, personal WhatsApp/Telegram-only contact, requests for banking or identity documents before a contract is signed, or domains that do not match the company's official website. We act on safety reports as a priority.
Do you accept advertising or sponsored listings?
The site may display contextual advertising (such as Google AdSense) in clearly labelled ad slots. However, we do not accept paid placements inside the job directory, and advertisers cannot pay to remove negative context from a listing. See our editorial policy for the full rules.
