Editorial Policy

How HowToAIjob researches, updates, discloses and corrects job information.

Purpose and ownership

HowToAIjob is an independent job-information website. We are not the employer and do not participate in hiring decisions. Our goal is to help readers discover official destinations and make better-informed application decisions.

Research standards

Listings are based primarily on employer career pages and identifiable applicant-tracking systems. Editors summarize material in their own words, preserve qualifiers such as “up to,” and avoid claiming that availability, income or selection is guaranteed.

Human review and updates

Listings and guides are reviewed by Gopal Chandrawanshi before publication. Active listing destinations are scheduled for review on a regular schedule. Dates indicate when content was reviewed, not a guarantee that every linked vacancy remains open throughout that day. Material changes are checked against the destination.

Commercial disclosure

The site may display advertising, and some job links use the publisher’s personal referral or invite code. If a reader registers, qualifies, or completes an eligible action, the publisher may receive a referral benefit. This does not increase the applicant’s cost or guarantee selection, work, or earnings. Advertising and referral relationships do not buy favorable editorial claims. Applying never requires payment to HowToAIjob.

Corrections and removal

Readers and organizations can report inaccurate, expired, unsafe or improperly attributed material using the contact page. Include the affected URL and evidence. We review substantive reports and correct or remove material when appropriate.

Authorship

HowToAIjob is published and curated by Gopal Chandrawanshi in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Guides are published under the HowToAIjob Editorial Team label and reviewed by the publisher. For accountability, questions and corrections can be sent to [email protected]. We do not invent individual expert biographies or credentials.

Listing standards and minimum information requirements

Every listing published on HowToAIjob must meet minimum information standards before it appears on the site. At a minimum, each listing must include: the company or platform name, a link to the official source page (not a third-party aggregator), the work category (freelance, contract, or full-time), advertised pay information where publicly available (preserving qualifiers such as "up to" or "estimated"), any stated eligibility or location restrictions, and a plain-language summary written by our editor that describes what the work actually involves. Listings that do not meet these minimum requirements are not published, regardless of whether a referral arrangement exists. We do not publish listings based solely on a company's marketing materials or affiliate programme descriptions — the destination must be a verifiable, publicly accessible page that a job seeker could find independently.

Conflict of interest and independence

HowToAIjob operates independently of all companies listed on this site. We are not employed by, contracted by, or financially dependent on any company whose openings appear in our directory. Referral links and invite codes, where used, benefit the publisher personally (typically as platform credits, not cash payments) and do not influence which listings are included, how they are described, or whether they are removed. If a company offered payment in exchange for favourable listing placement, more prominent positioning, or the removal of negative information, that offer would be declined. No company has been offered or has been given the ability to review, edit, or approve our editorial descriptions before publication. Listings describe what we observe on the public source page — nothing more, nothing less.

Advertising placement rules

Advertising on HowToAIjob is clearly separated from editorial content. Ad units are placed in dedicated positions on the page — typically in the sidebar, below the fold, or between content sections — and are always visually distinguished from job listings and guide content through borders, background colours, or explicit "Advertisement" or "Sponsored" labels. Advertising is never placed inside job cards, on or adjacent to navigation elements, or in any position where it could be mistaken for a job listing, an application button, or a site navigation link. We comply with Google AdSense Publisher Policies and Google Search Essentials regarding ad placement, and we do not use deceptive implementation methods to obtain ad clicks or impressions.

Listing removal and expiration policy

Listings are removed or marked as expired when: the company's source page no longer shows the role, the company confirms the role has been filled, the listing is reported as inaccurate or unsafe through our contact page and we are unable to verify it, or the company has been identified as engaging in fraudulent practices. Expired listings are removed from the active directory within one review cycle (three to four days) of being identified. We do not maintain a public archive of expired listings, as outdated information could mislead job seekers into applying for closed positions. If a company temporarily pauses hiring and later resumes, the listing may be republished after re-verification of the source page.

Reader feedback and corrections process

We encourage readers to report any inaccuracy, expired listing, safety concern, or other issue through our contact page. Every substantive report is reviewed by the editor within two business days. If the report is verified — for example, a listing links to a page that no longer exists, or a company has been flagged by multiple sources as fraudulent — we take corrective action immediately, which may include removing the listing, updating the description, or adding a prominent safety notice. We do not share the identity of reporters with any third party. Correction decisions are made solely by the editor based on verifiable evidence, not on the volume or intensity of complaints. Companies that are the subject of reports are given an opportunity to respond if the issue is ambiguous, but user safety takes priority over any commercial consideration.

Accuracy note

Job availability, eligibility and pay change frequently. We link to the employer’s official page where possible. Always confirm the current terms before sharing personal information or accepting work. We never guarantee selection or earnings.

Our review cadence, stated plainly. We aim to re-check active listing destinations on a regular schedule, but we are a small independent team and the pace varies. Every listing carries the date it was last reviewed — trust that date rather than any general promise about frequency. The most recent full review of all listings was completed in July 2026. If you find a listing that is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
