About us
Helping you find your place
in the AI economy
HowToAIjob is a free, independently curated directory of remote AI training jobs — covering freelance gigs, expert contracts, and full-time roles across the AI industry. We are not a recruiter, employer, or representative of any company listed here. Our job is to make sure you do not need to open twenty different career pages every morning just to see what is open today.
💼
Curated Job Listings
Openings in AI training, annotation, evaluation, RLHF, prompt engineering, and subject-matter expert roles — reviewed twice each week on a fixed schedule.
🏠
100% Remote Focus
The directory focuses on remote and flexible work, but location and schedule rules vary by role. Each listing's official page is the source of truth for eligible countries.
🔍
Plain-Language Context
Each listing has a real summary: what the work involves, who it tends to suit, and what to check before applying — not just a job title and a pay range.
🛡️
Safety & Transparency
We never charge job seekers. We disclose referral links. We point you to the official employer page so you apply under that company's own terms and privacy policy.
🌍
Global Coverage
Roles are open to applicants worldwide — including the United States, India, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
📚
Free Guides
Original, practical guides on scam prevention, contractor pay, annotation assessments, and the application process — written from a job-seeker's perspective.
Our mission
We believe the AI training job market should be easy to navigate for everyone — not just people who already know where to look. Instead of checking dozens of company career pages every day, you can scan one place here and see what is currently open, roughly what it pays, and whether it suits your background.
The remote AI work economy has grown quickly. New platforms appear every month, pay rates shift, eligibility rules change, and listings quietly expire. For most job seekers — especially first-time applicants — keeping up with this manually is exhausting. HowToAIjob exists to compress that work into a single, free, regularly reviewed page.
We do not run any of these jobs ourselves and we are not affiliated with the companies listed. We track public hiring pages across the AI training industry and bring the details into one place. When you click through, you apply directly with that company on their own site — we are simply the map, not the destination.
What we are not
- We are not a recruiter. We do not represent any employer and we do not earn placement fees from hiring.
- We are not an employer. HowToAIjob does not hire you, pay you, or manage your contract. Your agreement is with the company you apply to.
- We are not a "get paid to" platform. We do not pay users to browse, click, or share listings. There is no signup, no points system, no earnings dashboard on this site.
- We are not a guarantee. Listings describe public openings at the time of review. We do not guarantee that a role remains open, that you will be selected, or that advertised pay will apply to your application.

How listings are researched
Each listing begins with a public source — typically a company's own careers page, an applicant-tracking system (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse), or a verified work-platform signup page. We do not scrape private portals, do not bypass login walls, and do not republish content that requires authentication.
Once a source is identified, our editor writes a plain-language summary covering the work category, the kind of applicant the role tends to suit, advertised pay (preserving qualifiers such as "up to"), and any location or eligibility notes that the company makes public. We then schedule the listing for review on a twice-weekly cycle.
If a listing changes materially — for example, the company removes the role, changes the eligibility, or updates the pay band — we update or remove the entry. If a listing is reported as expired or inaccurate through our contact page, we review and act on it. Read the full editorial and corrections policy for the details.
Who runs HowToAIjob
Gopal Chandrawanshi — Founder & Curator
HowToAIjob was founded by Gopal Chandrawanshi, an AI enthusiast and remote work advocate based in Indore, India. With years of experience in the tech ecosystem, Gopal noticed a disturbing trend of scams targeting job seekers in the AI training space.
He built this directory to provide a safe, transparent, and high-quality resource for anyone looking to enter the AI economy. Every link on this site is manually verified to ensure it leads to an official company career page.
Our Editorial Team: We are a small team of researchers and writers dedicated to documenting the changing landscape of AI work. We do not use AI to generate our core guides; every piece of advice is based on real user experiences and platform policies.

Referral & advertising disclosure
HowToAIjob is a free resource. To keep it that way, the site may display advertising through Google AdSense or similar networks, and some job links use the publisher's personal referral or invite code. If a reader registers, qualifies, or completes an eligible action through one of these links, the publisher may receive a referral benefit — usually a credit on the platform itself, not a payment from the applicant.
This does not increase your cost, does not guarantee selection or earnings, and does not determine which listings we include or how we describe them. Where a referral link is used, the destination is still the company's own official page. Where a non-referral URL is publicly available, we link to that instead.
Advertising and referral relationships never buy favourable editorial claims. We do not allow advertisers to remove negative context, and we will not describe a role as "high-paying" or "easy" simply because a referral is involved. Read our full editorial policy for the rules.
What we ask of you
Two things. First, treat every listing as a starting point — not a guarantee. Confirm the role, eligibility, pay, and contract terms on the company's official page before sharing personal information or accepting work. Second, if you spot something inaccurate, expired, or unsafe — please report it. We act on substantive reports quickly, and your report helps the next person avoid wasted time or risk.
If a listing ever asks you to pay money, share banking details before a contract is signed, or communicate only through a personal WhatsApp/Telegram account instead of an official company channel — treat it as a red flag and let us know. Legitimate AI training employers do not do these things.
